My process started through their career portal, then I followed up with HR and heard back about a month later.

From there, scheduling moved fast and the interview happened on Zoom with screen sharing and a portfolio presentation.

The interview itself followed a fairly standard flow. I started with some small talk, then moved into presenting my portfolio and sharing the key information behind the projects. After that came the question-and-answer portion, followed by a wrap-up. I remember it feeling pretty direct and structured—less like an intense grilling session and more like a conversation where they wanted to understand my approach and experience.
