Pegasystems Software Engineer interview experience

It felt like they were trying to see how I thought and communicated, not just whether I could grind through technical questions.

Once I got to the point where an offer was in play, the final step was background checks through HireRight, and that administrative workload was honestly the most stressful part. It was a step I had to push through carefully because it required a lot of detailed information. I didn’t end up getting selected, but the way the steps were laid out still made the overall process feel structured.
