Alpharetta, GAPosted Jan 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got my first touch through phone discussions and then went straight into a longer interview process that involved multiple people—six in total over roughly three hours.

The discussions were informative and the interviewers seemed knowledgeable and approachable, so the time actually felt productive.

What really hurt the experience for me was the lack of follow-up afterward. I had taken PTO for the interview day, and once it ended there was basically no courtesy or update about what happened next. Even if I didn’t get selected, the silence made it feel disrespectful of the time commitment. In the end, I didn’t move forward, but what stayed with me most was how I wasn’t given any clear closure.
