My interview started with a written test: 20 multiple-choice questions focused on Java basics.

The process was pretty straightforward in structure—if I passed the test, the plan was to move to two more technical rounds. Those would be followed by an HR round and then a director round.

It was clearly set up as a gatekeeping sequence, and the technical bar felt high from the beginning because it was all anchored to Java fundamentals in that initial test. I didn’t end up moving forward to get selected, but the process itself felt tightly organized and easy to understand in terms of what came next.
