Pearson QA Engineer interview experience

I had two phone conversations with HR first, and then I was given a take-home assessment from HR. After they reviewed that assignment, I was invited to an on-site interview with the hiring manager.

The most notable thing was the timing: the hiring decision came quickly—within about a week after the on-site interview. The overall feel was efficient once I reached the later stages.

By the end, I understood that they had a fairly tight loop from evaluation to decision. Even though I didn’t receive an offer, the process felt organized and faster than what I’d expected from how things started.
