Durham, NCPosted Jun 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview was low-key and didn’t feel heavily structured around tricky coding.

I had one behavioral conversation and one technical one, and neither included LeetCode or whiteboarding. The technical part was mostly questions about the projects listed on my resume plus some simple technical concepts.

What stood out was how quickly things moved—about three weeks total to reach an offer stage. The pace felt calm rather than intense.

Even with the straightforward format and how smoothly it went, I didn’t end up getting an offer. Still, it felt easier to navigate than I expected, because the interviewers stayed on topics I’d already prepared to explain.
