My experience felt unusually conversational for how structured it was.

I started with an HR conversation that lasted about 30 minutes, where it felt more like a friendly discussion than an interrogation. Then I moved into a technical interview about an hour long with engineers who were patient and willing to explain things when I got stuck.

The technical side covered topics like OOP, collections, and relational databases, and they gave me a few problems to solve as the conversation progressed. What I liked most was the way the engineers supported the flow—rather than shutting things down, they stayed calm and helped me work through the questions.
