I was approached by a recruiter through LinkedIn, and we had a call to go over my background and the specifics of the role.

That led into an online coding test to complete, and once I passed, the next step was a couple of rounds of (virtual) onsite interviews.

Those onsite interviews turned into back-to-back conversations with engineers. They asked a mix of questions, and there was also homework to make a small app using Swift. Some of the questions were genuinely tricky to answer, but most of what I saw felt approachable. By the time the process ended, it didn’t feel overly chaotic—more like a structured attempt to see how I’d think under engineering constraints.
