PayPay India Software Engineer interview experience

I went through the steps and landed on a coding assignment. I submitted it after making sure it met both functional and non-functional requirements.

What stood out was that I never received feedback or even a simple acknowledgement email after submitting. No discussion, no signals, just silence. The secrecy around what happened next—and the overall impassive interaction—left a pretty bad taste, especially because the work had been real and specific.
