PayPay India Backend Engineer interview experience

I went through four questions and finished with a perfect score, 600 out of 600. It felt fairly mechanical—there was no recruiter conversation, just the test and then waiting.

About a week later I received a rejection email. The whole experience made me suspect they may have been auto-filtering based purely on the score, without any real human review, and it left a pretty bitter impression—almost like “ghost hiring.”
