I took an online test, and the first round felt comparatively easy.

After finishing it, I never received further progress communication, and that uncertainty lingered.

Eventually, I learned that I didn’t move forward, but it wasn’t communicated well. At minimum, it felt like there should’ve been a clear rejection note, especially since my friends managed to get further rounds after their tests.

I didn’t get an offer, and the main disappointment was the lack of closure after the test. The content of the interview didn’t hurt as much as the silence afterward.
