The recruiter started things off with a conversation about my background and the role, and then I went into a coding interview with Karat.

The actual interviews felt positive, and I felt like I communicated clearly throughout.

Afterward, I waited about a week for updates and had to reach out to the recruiter again, but I didn’t get a response. That left me unclear about what the timeline and steps were supposed to be.

No offer came out of it. I was left with the most frustrating part being the silence after an otherwise decent interview experience.
