Paycom Software Engineer interview experience

I started with an HR screening call, then I moved into a coding interview where I solved a LeetCode medium-style problem. After that, I went to a final in-person interview that was meant to confirm I was the right fit.

The timeline felt like a normal sequence of steps, and the interviews matched what I expected from the difficulty description—technical first, then fit. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the interviews themselves were clear and structured. My overall impression was that it was less about trick questions and more about whether I could perform steadily from screen to screen.
