Paycom Software Engineer interview experience

The process itself didn’t feel unfair along the way, and I was confident enough to believe an offer was coming.

Then, at the last minute, they rescinded it on a technicality. That was the part that really soured everything—getting the position and then losing it after everything had already gone well made the whole experience feel especially frustrating.

By the end, I wasn’t just disappointed; I felt genuinely burned. Looking back, what stood out most was not any single interview question, but the way the process ended after everything I cleared.
