I did a recruiter phone call first, and the call itself was flexible—anywhere from about half an hour to an hour.

After that, I met with a team lead, and then I was given a homework assignment directly by the team.

The final step was the offer stage. The process felt structured in a classic “meet the team, then prove it with the assignment” way, and it didn’t feel chaotic.

I didn’t end up getting the role, but I appreciated that there was a clear arc to it. The biggest lasting impression was how much weight they put on the homework piece as the deciding signal.
