My process felt quick and direct: a phone screen, followed by an interview with the DSM, and then another conversation higher up with a sales director.

The sales director interview was memorable for all the reasons that didn’t match the company’s culture, and it didn’t take long for me to realize I wasn’t interested in the role.

Even so, the structure was clear and the steps were easy to follow—no complicated detours. I ultimately passed early because the work style and expectations didn’t line up with what I wanted.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the main reflection I had afterward was that sometimes the fastest processes are the ones that let you get an honest answer sooner.
