I started with a recruiter screen that went well and felt organized—clear communication and a good first impression.

Then I moved into a much more demanding interview style with a zone director, and it turned into a long, nonstop barrage of questions that barely left room for me to ask anything back. The energy felt very self-focused, and it was hard to connect as a person instead of just answering.

Before the interview even finished, communication issues piled up. There was a scheduling follow-up that never materialized, and after that there was no word from either the director or the recruiter, even though I was expecting next steps. That left me feeling dismissed rather than evaluated.
