My process started with a phone screening where we covered the basics of the role and the basics of me.

After that, I had a short interview with a regional manager—nothing overly intense, just a normal back-and-forth based on my background and history.

Then came a field ride, and after that I moved into a second interview that was tied directly to next steps like an offer. Overall, it didn’t feel complicated or unfair. The whole arc had the feel of a fairly standard sales hiring flow, with the main differentiator being that I actually got out into the field before the final decision point.
