Patagonia Account Executive interview experience

The questions were straightforward and low stress, and I remember there weren’t really any prompts about the brand or specific products during that first conversation.

After that, I moved to a virtual interview that felt similar in structure, but a bit more focused on the brand. It still wasn’t intense, just more targeted than the event conversation.

I didn’t get an offer. What surprised me most was how cleanly they separated the early fit conversation from the later brand emphasis, which made the process feel efficient even though it ended without a result.
