Parsons Software Engineer interview experience

I went through an interview process that ran about a week later than expected, and I was told I would hear back in early February.

Instead, I never got called back. By mid-March, it still felt like the process had stalled with no clear follow-up.

I didn’t receive an offer. What stood out was the gap between what they said they’d do and what actually happened—everything just went quiet, and I was left waiting longer than the timeline they gave me.
