They called me and requested an online interview, and the whole thing went very smoothly.

It felt like they were mostly telling me what I would do in the internship rather than turning it into a test.

They asked questions about what I wanted to get out of the internship and what I thought the biggest qualities of an engineer were. Overall it felt like a positive conversation.

I received an offer. My reflection was that the experience felt great and welcoming, but it was more about matching expectations and mindset than proving deep technical mastery.
