My interview started off really smooth, and it felt like they were genuinely focused on giving a good introduction to what I would be dealing with.

It wasn’t a long interview, which made it easier to stay comfortable and not get worn down.

Even though it felt introductory and the tone was welcoming, I didn’t receive an offer. The difficulty was marked as difficult, and my overall feeling was that while the start was reassuring, the evaluation must have been looking for more than what I demonstrated in a short time.

The reflection I took from it was that comfort and clarity don’t always translate into selection. I felt at ease from the first minutes, but the final decision clearly didn’t go my way.
