I remember this interview feeling genuinely welcoming.

I spoke with interviewers who were kind and the communication was easy, and I walked away with good feedback and a sense that they were listening.

During the conversation, they focused on my experience and skills and they also asked about my availability for relocation. It felt like a low-pressure discussion compared with what I’d expected, and I never got the sense that the questions were trying to trip me up.

Even though the experience itself was positive and I left with a good impression, I didn’t receive an offer.
