Aiken, SCPosted Jul 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I submitted my resume to the Parsons office and heard back within about two weeks.

After that, I was invited to interview with the department manager, and the interview itself lasted around an hour.

It was a compact process—resume response, then a single main meeting. The difficulty felt average, but it didn’t drag on or become complicated.

By the end, I felt like the conversation covered what they needed, and I received an offer. My reflection was that having a clear, time-bounded interview made the process feel manageable even though it was still a real evaluation.
