Parsons Software Engineer interview experience

I was asked intriguing questions about my experience, and I remember leaving the conversations feeling excited rather than drained.

The people interviewing felt very smart, and they also talked through their own career paths, explaining how their work progressed from the time they started at the company. That made the discussion feel more like a real dialogue about growth than a rigid evaluation.

I ended up getting an offer. Looking back, what stayed with me was the energy in the room—everything felt engaging and forward-looking, even though it was still an interview process.
