For an internship, the interview started with a basic coding question.

After that, I was asked a few technical questions about data structures and some other topics.

One question that stuck with me was “How does Google work?” It was still fairly basic overall for an internship, more about fundamentals and how I thought than about advanced problem-solving.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even though the questions weren’t too intense, it still felt like a test of baseline understanding and explanation, and I didn’t end up clearing whatever bar they were using.
