The process started with a few questions about me and my experiences, and then the conversation shifted toward P6.

It felt like they were assessing not just my general background but my familiarity with that specific tool or context.

It was a good discussion and I answered most of what came up, but I could tell they wanted someone more experienced than I was at the time. The technical conversation itself went fine, yet the final impression was that my level didn’t fully match.

I didn’t get an offer. My reflection was that I felt capable during the interview, but the decision-making seemed driven by years or depth more than by how well I explained what I knew.
