Parsons Software Engineer interview experience

The interview itself felt very chill and laid back, and I appreciated the low-stress tone.

I met with two groups, and the conversation was mostly about my interest in the company as well as the experiences from my application and CV. It didn’t feel like I was being attacked with technical depth; it felt more like a fit conversation.

I received an offer. My honest reflection was that the relaxed atmosphere helped me present myself clearly, and the decision seemed tied to how well my background connected to what they were trying to hire for.
