Panasonic Software Engineer interview experience

I was asked a three-bulb puzzle, plus a programming question where I had to implement the solution in C++. I couldn’t choose another language, which made it feel a bit more rigid than I expected, and there were additional questions about Linux.

Even though I answered as best I could, I remember being disappointed with how the interview went overall. It wasn’t just the puzzle itself—it was the combination of constraints and the way the round played out.

I didn’t receive an offer. Looking back, I still remember how that round managed to feel misaligned with my expectations for the process.
