My process was remote and lasted for weeks, and the overall feeling was that it was intense but not really in a way that helped me.

After initial recruiting contact, I moved through multiple video-call interviews with people across the organization, including a hiring manager and additional leadership such as presales and VP-level stakeholders.

What made it difficult wasn’t just the length—it was how little feedback I got while I was in the loop. People moved quickly enough to keep me involved, but I didn’t have a clear sense of how I was progressing until much later. Communication was heavy and involved a lot of back-and-forth and prep, and while everyone seemed transparent, the email thread itself got overwhelming.
