My interview journey started off with a leetcode-type question, and it was hard mainly because I only had about 30 minutes to work through it.

I remember being nervous right away, and that pressure showed in how quickly things moved.

The interviewers didn’t feel supportive—everything felt colder and more harsh than I expected, and that made the whole session harder than the problem alone. It was frustrating because I genuinely wanted the role and thought I was investing in the process.

I didn’t get the position, and the emotional takeaway was that the tone of the interviewer really mattered to how the round felt, not just the technical challenge.
