Seattle, WAPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I only completed the early stages for this role: a coding assessment and then a video interview.

The coding part was centered on debugging an internal system, and the whole thing felt like a guided sequence of questions where I had to reason through what was going wrong rather than just produce a final algorithm.

After that, I met with a Production Engineer for the video interview. The focus again stayed on debugging an internal system, so it wasn’t really about broad theory—it was more about how I approached diagnosing issues and working step by step through a problem. Overall, it was a fairly contained process, but I didn’t move forward past those stages.
