I got into the interview flow after a recruiter reach-out where the first conversation was mainly about basic info and my interests.

After that, I had a technical stage that included a decomposition interview with an engineer.

The later rounds then blended learning and decomposition more explicitly. I remember going through a two-hour learning and decomp block that felt tightly connected: one part was about breaking down a system or application into parts and thinking through structure, and the other part was about learning something new while actively coding and then applying it immediately. The whole thing was less about memorizing patterns and more about how I worked through unfamiliar pieces under time pressure.
