Started with easy over-the-phone conversations, then the process turned into a draining all-day onsite that felt like it had a much higher bar than what I’d already done.

By the time I got through the initial steps, I felt like some of that earlier time was almost redundant compared to how intense the onsite became.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and the biggest thing I remember wasn’t a single question—it was the uneven pacing. The onsite load felt like a “killer” concentrated day rather than a balanced set of rounds.

Honestly, it was tough to stay energized through that long stretch, and that fatigue probably affected how the later parts landed for me.
