Pagerduty Frontend Engineer interview experience

I made it all the way to round five, and at that point I was told I should hear from HR soon. I waited through what felt like the expected follow-up window and then simply didn’t hear anything.

By the time I realized I was being effectively ghosted, the disappointment wasn’t really about missing the offer—it was about getting to the last round and then having the communication stop.

I left with the feeling that the effort was worth something during the interviews, but the after-the-round experience was careless.
