My interview experience dragged out longer than I was comfortable with, and the format itself felt very formal.

Because of that, I couldn’t really tell what the culture or the personalities of the team were like; everything felt procedural and distant.

I still made it to the final interviews, but by that point I accepted another offer because I couldn’t keep waiting through the slow timeline. I remember being frustrated more than anything—less about the questions and more about the lack of momentum and the difficulty of getting a read on how the place would feel day to day.
