I had an amazing experience talking with people from Oura, and the process took around two months, mostly because vacations stretched the scheduling.

What I appreciated most was that it stayed clear about what came next and what I needed to prepare, without any nasty surprises.

Even though it wasn’t the quickest loop, it felt organized and predictable. I never felt like I was guessing what would happen next, and the overall tone from the team carried through the entire timeline. I didn’t end up with an offer, but I genuinely enjoyed how the process was handled.
