Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My recruitment experience with Otter.ai was rough from the start.

The conversation immediately felt unprofessional—almost like I was being interrupted at every turn while I tried to finish my sentences.

Instead of a normal dialogue, the intro became me struggling to complete thoughts because they kept interjecting every couple of words. The overall tone came off as brazen and disrespectful, and it completely changed how I felt about the company right away.

I walked away feeling like I hadn’t even been given a fair opportunity to communicate. The outcome didn’t really matter because the experience itself was the problem for me.
