After a brief introduction with someone from HR, I was given an assignment and a couple of days to work on it at home and send back a solution.

Once my submission was reviewed, I moved forward and ended up interviewing with a software architect and then a team lead from the group the role would sit in.

The whole process felt pretty quick—about one to two weeks end to end. The vibe was professional, and the most distinctive part for me was that take-home assignment step, because it carried a lot of weight in deciding whether I progressed. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process felt organized and I left with a clear sense of what kind of work they expected.
