I got pulled into Orange’s recruitment through a university visit, which meant the process felt more like a structured pipeline than a typical job application.

First there was an online test, then there was shortlisting of students based on how that went, and finally I had an interview where they asked about my skills.

The flow wasn’t described as easy, and honestly the difficulty matched that—more competitive than conversational. I ended up not securing an offer, and the main takeaway from the experience was how heavily the earlier filtering and skill checks controlled everything that came after.
