I went through an easier, competence-focused check that emphasized learning ability and basic job-fit.

Short technical interview (phone / brief) — I had a quick technical conversation to validate my readiness for the stack.
HR in-person/onsite — Then I met HR on-site for a typical set of background and motivation questions.
Fast onboarding mindset — In another similar experience, I was interviewed quickly as a student even without prior experience in a specific framework, because they were willing to train. Outcome: No offer in these experiences, but the takeaway was that the process leaned toward confirming I could learn quickly and communicate well.
