I joined Oracle as a fresher, and my interview covered a mix of core technical fundamentals and discussions about my background.

The technical portion included Python programming, database fundamentals, and SQL queries, and I also spent time talking through my academic path.

They were interested in more than just my course work—they dug into the college projects I’d worked on and how I approached those builds. The overall feel was structured around my resume and the specific topics I had already demonstrated.

I ended up receiving an offer. What surprised me most was how much the conversation stayed tied to my actual experience, which made it feel less like random testing and more like an evaluation of fit.
