After a recruiter chat, I moved into a panel interview that started with very basic introductions.

The panel was structured as multiple back-to-back rounds, and the middle of it included a standard system design discussion with explicit technical tradeoffs. The rest of the time leaned into behavioral questions to round out the picture of how I worked.

The whole process felt organized and fairly predictable in flow: meet the team, clarify fit, then go deeper on design thinking. I ended up getting an offer, and the final impression was that they liked how I explained my reasoning, not just my final answers.
