I began with a short HR conversation, around 15 minutes, and then moved into a combined technical-and-competency round where they focused on role-relevant questions. They also framed it in a way that made the expectations feel clear—especially around structuring my stories using STAR style.

After that, there was a loop of four interviews, each lasting about an hour. Those rounds stayed technical and competency-based, and the theme across them was a mix of DSA alongside discussions of projects and core topics like operating-system and database-style fundamentals, plus OOPs.
