I kicked things off with an online HackerRank test that covered AI and LLMs along with coding and aptitude-style questions.

After I completed that, I moved into a face-to-face coding round, and then I had a more detailed managerial interview.

It felt like the process tested both practical coding ability and an awareness of the AI/LLM topic area early, rather than treating it as purely optional background. The managerial conversation came after the coding work, which made sense given the focus on role fit.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the sequence felt coherent—test first, coding next, then a manager-led evaluation of how I would operate in the role.
