The timeline for my process stretched roughly between one and five weeks, and the scheduling felt smooth overall.

The most memorable moment was a very sales-leaning conversation where the interviewer didn’t really know much technical detail, and they asked whether I could handle multiple customers—even though I’d previously managed a massive ARR amount across hundreds of business units.

It was the kind of mismatch that throws you off because it wasn’t reflecting the technical role as much as the operational framing. I didn’t end up with an offer, and my honest take was that the process felt inconsistent in how much it matched the job’s actual technical expectations.
