Oracle Software Engineer interview experience

IC3Posted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My Oracle IC3 (SMTS) process ended pretty quickly.

A recruiter reached out via Naukri, and I did a one-hour pre-screening first.

The pre-screen was split: the first fifteen minutes were about discussing my current project, and the remaining forty-five minutes were focused on one DSA problem. The DSA question was an Open the style LeetCode problem, and I worked through it during the call.

In the end, I received a rejection. What stuck with me was how compact the process was: a short project discussion, then one DSA problem, and then a decision without any extended loop stages to try to recover momentum.
