Berkeley, CAPosted Mar 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first interaction with them came through a career fair.

They set up a technical interview shortly after, and I met with a principal engineer who came across as very friendly. The conversation started with a guided look at one technical coding problem, then shifted into behavioral and more educational questions.

The engineer also gave me some direct context about the role and the company culture, which helped me understand what they cared about beyond just the coding portion. I felt like the interview focused on both how I thought and how I communicated.

Later on, I also experienced another quick, straightforward path through college recruiting
