Onemain Financial Account Executive interview experience

I had four interviews spread across phone and in-person formats, and at the time it felt like they were putting a lot of effort into screening me.

After all that, nothing came through. There was no email or phone call letting me know I wasn’t selected, and I never got the kind of closing loop that would’ve made it feel professional. The overall impression became that the process was disorganized and didn’t feel respectful of my time.

I didn’t receive an offer, and what stayed with me was the uncertainty—how many steps there were, and how silent it was afterward.
