OKG Software Engineer interview experience

I had two separate managers, and each one did about an hour of technical interviewing, followed by two HR interviews—one at the beginning and one at the end. Everyone I spoke with was nice, and the feedback I received from the interviewers was positive.

The schedule moved quickly enough that the whole run—from that first HR interaction to the final stage—took roughly three days. The technical rounds were the most substantial part, but the HR chats made the timing and logistics feel coordinated.

Even though the vibe was good and the process felt smooth, I didn’t end up receiving an offer.
